CV Builder
A CV builder that runs entirely in the browser: a live A4 preview, four templates, three languages, a recruiter's checklist and a PDF whose text stays selectable.
It started as a local Flask tool that printed through headless Chrome and became a static React and TypeScript app with no server at all. CVs live in the browser's own storage, nothing is uploaded, and a CV moves between devices as a JSON file.
The CV is rendered with React into an iframe through a portal, so the page has a document of its own - its own fonts, styles and print rules - and what you see is exactly what prints, while every keystroke still updates it in place. The preview marks where each printed page will end.
The editor speaks English, Hungarian and Slovak, independently of each CV's own language, and a Check tab scores the CV against what costs interviews: missing contact details, bullet points without a single number, a third page, a photo on an English-language CV.
